How can I help you?

Child Psychotherapy

A safe and supportive space tailored to each child’s age and individual needs, where relationships, play, creative expression and conversation can help children explore emotions, experiences and difficulties and develop new ways of understanding and managing them.

Parent Counselling

Support for parents in understanding their child’s needs and behaviour, navigating everyday challenges, and developing new ways of communicating, connecting and setting healthy boundaries within the family.

Children’s Social Skills Groups

Small groups designed to support the development of communication, cooperation, emotional expression, empathy, conflict resolution and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers.

Adolescent Psychotherapy

Individual sessions for adolescents experiencing emotional, interpersonal, family or school-related difficulties, or simply needing a space of their own to better understand themselves, their relationships and the changes that come with adolescence.

Family Sessions

Sessions involving the whole family or some of its members, focusing on understanding relationships and patterns of communication within the family. Through a systemic approach, families are supported in navigating difficulties, changes or transitions and in developing new ways of communicating, connecting and supporting one another.

Sessions in English & Spanish

Counselling and psychotherapy are also available for English- and Spanish-speaking children, adolescents and families.
